Mickie McCormic will teach the basics of making felt from wool roving, two days, April 13-14, 5 hours each day.
This class covers the basics of making felt from wool roving, including adding design elements and embellishments.
Using techniques that are easy on the body — no manipulation that would be hard on shoulders — each participant should be able to complete several pieces of felt, each a couple feet wide (a perfect size for making dolls in the April 27-28 class).
There will also be demonstrations of various ways to dye roving.
