Doug Volz, "Naked Honesty"
Enjoy music from Redbud, Greenfield Ranch games, tie-dye and other craft projects in this summer solstice celebration, honoring the spirit of back-to-landers who are the subject of the Museum’s current exhibit, “Something’s Happening Here.”
“Something’s Happening Here: Artistic Reflections on the Back to the Land Movement” contains work by over 30 artists who made their way to Mendocino County from the late 60s into the early 80s, homesteading and exploring alternative spirituality and drugs, and having a lasting impact on the area’s culture and history.
