The Mendocino County Museum, the Willits Chamber of Commerce, and the Mendocino County Library are collaborating to present “Stone Stories”, an afternoon of dramatized readings at Little Lake Cemetery on Sunday, November 5, at 3 p.m.
Museum volunteer Carol Cox has once again dug into researching the legacies of those interred at the Little Lake Cemetery and has uncovered more fascinating stories about the lives of its residents.
Local volunteer actors will bring the stories to life with dramatized obituary readings. Librarian and Genealogist Benjamin MacBean will guide guests though the cemetery.

Get involved! There is still time to sign up as a volunteer – event support volunteers and actors are still needed. Participants must commit to two rehearsals and participation in the final performance on Sunday, November 5, at 3 p.m.
