Laura Pope with Dave Paterson

Laura Pope and Dave Paterson will be wrapping up their summer performances with this Wednesday Aug. 30th at Cucina Verona from 5 – 8:30 and Friday Sept. 1st at the Sequoia Room from 5 – 8:00. After this weekend they dive back into finishing their first CD of original music.

Laura Pope is a local artist. Several years ago she started working with music and Dave volunteered to be an ally/cohort. Dave Paterson is a Bay area transplant who has studied, played and recorded music since the early 60’s. He’s the former lead guitarist for San Francisco’s Fleshtones back in the 70’s and 80’s. Retired here in Fort Bragg eight years ago, Dave enjoys being semi-musically active. Together they’ve performed locally and are co-creating original music.
