Renowned landscape and garden photographer, Saxon Holt will be giving a lecture and a Q&A session at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens on Saturday, August 12 at 2PM.
Learn how to look at a beautiful garden (such as MCBG) and decide what to photograph and how to frame it.
A photographer can be easily overwhelmed in the middle of a beautiful garden, coming away with just snapshots that are little more than reminders you were there. This happens to all photographers in the rush of excitement coming into beautiful places. Audience size is limited, advanced registration is recommended to secure a spot. You can register online (click the appropriate registration link below) or at the MCBG gift shop. All educational program fees are non-refundable unless the lecture has been canceled or rescheduled by the Gardens.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to register for the Perennial Photography Workshop you do not need to register for this lecture. The workshop fees cover attendance to Saxon’s Find the Photo Lecture.

PARKING INFO
Parking is free, but limited, please plan to carpool. Overflow parking is available for RVs and oversized vehicles just south of the main entrance. You will see signs directing you to the overflow lot off of Ocean Drive.
