A great veggie dinner with local ingredients in the beautiful Tallman Hotel dining room.

San Francisco chef Robert Brust, together with his partner Joel Costa, have now developed the wonderful, all-organic COTTONWOOD FARM in Bachelor Valley.  This unique dinner in the Tallman dining room will be prepared by Chef Robert using produce from Cottonwood and other local suppliers.  SEE MENU HERE.  Vocalist Paula Samonte will pop in to entertain.
