Just such an event is happening Saturday April 13th with the Third Annual Almost Fringe Festival sponsored by the Point Arena Merchants Association. This festival is timed the same day as the Wind and Whale kite flying at the lighthouse, and the Blues on the Coast series at the theater. Just such an event is happening Saturday April 13th with the Third Annual Almost Fringe Festival sponsored by the Point Arena Merchants Association. Please note the Almost Fringe exhibition is up from April 1-27 and we are open Thursday- Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. The opening of the show is late in the month April 13 from 12 noon to 6 pm come and see.
