Josie Iselin, author of “The Curious World of Seaweed” and co-creator of Grace Hudson Museum’s current exhibit, will talk about her unique artwork, which explores seaweed ecology and celebrates its beauty.
Co-created by seaweed artist and author Josie Iselin and Exhibit Envoy, “The Curious World of Seaweed” explores the surprising science and science history behind seaweed, along with the long-standing connections indigenous peoples have to these plants, and the human impact that threatens its existence.

Event is free with Museum admission:
General admission is $5; $12 per family; $4 for students and seniors; free to all on the first Friday of the month; and always free to members, Native Americans, and standing military personnel.
