Creativity is an important part of any person’s life and especially for kids. Clay as a material is incredibly engaging and with instruction and guidance anything is possible. This class will cover basic handbuilding techniques; coil building, slab building, and pinch pots. A new technique will be introduced each class through a project. Later parts of each class will be free for students to work on their own projects individually or in collaboration. This class is for all skill and experience levels, ages 8 to 12. Clay, glazes and firings are included.
