Mark Makers' Quarterly Call to Artists

A new opportunity for promoting your art throughout northern California in a new quarterly print magazine: Mark Makers' Quarterly. It has been a long-time dream of mine to produce and publish a magazine about art and artists in Humboldt, Mendocino, and Sonoma counties and throughout rural communities in California.

Call for Submissions: For the inaugural issue, the theme is creativity and what drives you as an artist. What compels you to make marks, whether they be with ink, paint, fiber, clay, paper, or any other medium?

Send me your writing about this topic, either brief or long format, along with high quality images (no more than five) of your work, and any website, FB, or Instagram pages you'd like me to list. If you have an upcoming show (July or later), send me that info., too. This issue will also include gallery listings and maps.
