Course Description
This course is a practice in the art of sonic collaboration with the Divine Feminine Elements, Nature Spirits, and Sisterhood. We reconnect with our natural selves using the tool of the frame drum to clear out the static and energetic noise within.

We develop sonic communication within our local ecology to gain a deeper understanding of sound health. We give gratitude and gain support to live in harmony as women in our life shed, with all life around us.

We create a safe container to bring your whole self and be witnessed as we grow together. This is an opportunity to refine and hone your energy through tone, rhythm, and frequency using the ancient practice of Women Frame Drumers.

Cost: Full 10-week course $175* or Drop In $20/class

*Add more to pay it forward for scholarships for others, trade is welcome as well.

Lavender Grace was born in Northern California to a creative family of musical bohemians and craftspeople. This unique cultivation of Intuitive Drum Song has culminated over 20 years of study and exploration with beauty and connectivity at the center. Supporting sound health for women and community well-being is the goal of this community practice. She has traveled extensively and performed in the US, South America, and Europe.
