You have likely heard that fermented foods are good for you. If you haven’t, I will tell you, fermented foods are good for you. The good news is that they are also easy to make right in your own home with just a few easy to purchase items. In this class, Jill will review the important aspects of fermenting and why it’s healthful. You will learn to make your own sauerkraut- flavored to your taste, kimchi and fermented nut and/or seed cheese.
This is a hands-on class and materials will be provided. You will be taking home a jar of each ferment that you have made. Jill will teach you how to continue the process at home for better health, flavor and longevity.
