Ukiah Library is hosting a Summer “Game Design” Coding Camp for kids. Coding Camp will meet for nine sessions from 10-11:30 am on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from July 12^th through, July 28^th.

At this summer’s Camp,  students will learn basic video game coding concepts by making different types of games, including racing, platform, launching, and more.

Ukiah Library’s Coding Camp uses video instructions from CS-First.com to teach coding in Scratch, a drag and drop coding system developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Preregistration is suggested– space is limited.
