The Oaxacan family of Rodrigo Sosa have been weaving rugs in the Zapotec style for generations.  Rodrigo will present a number of their recently woven rugs for show and sale in the Gallery at Pacific Textile Arts during May.

The event will open on First Friday, May 5, 5-8:00 pm, and will continue until May 30. 

These rugs are exquisitely and expertly crafted, with traditional designs and colors created through natural dyes.  Proceeds from the sale will go directly to the family to support their enterprise in Oaxaca.
