Mendocino Coast interdisciplinary artist, Mary Ellen Campbell, will exhibit a collection of her handmade books.
The handmade art books of Mary Ellen Campbell will be on exhibit at the Pacific Textile Arts Gallery from March 2 – 27.
There will not be a traditional First Friday opening. The show will instead open on Saturday, March 2, at 12:00 noon, following a talk by the artist from 11:00 – 12:00, titled “A Journey into the Book Arts.” Mary Ellen Campbell is a Mendocino Coast multidisciplinary artist and educator, who has exhibited and taught nationally and internationally.
She will be teaching a 2 day bookmaking workshop at Pacific Textile Arts March 9 & 10. See our website, pacifictextilearts.org for information.
The Gallery is open for viewing every Friday and Saturday, 1-4:00 PM, and by appointment by calling 707-409-6811.

A talk will be given by the artist at Pacific Textile Arts prior to the opening on March 2. Gathering for social time will be 10:30-11:00 AM, followed by a one hour talk titled “A Journey into the Book Arts.”
