Community art exhibit on the theme of Winter.
Even though we don’t live in a snowy northern climate, there is enough of a winter in Ukiah to cause people to bundle up and hunker down. Short days, gray skies, bare trees, freezing temperatures and flooded creeks are a welcome contrast to our long hot summers.
How do you experience winter? Whether you love the outdoors or prefer the coziness of a seat by the fire, we hope you can show us your favorite aspect of the darkest season. We are looking for two and three-dimensional work in any medium.
The First Friday opening of this show is January 5, from 5-8pm.
