Mickie (PTArts Board member, fiber artist, & adventurer, with a degree in Pre-Columbian Fabrics) set out in 1972 for South America in a VW bus with her husband and 3 year old son. They made it as far as Peru…collecting textiles along the way.

Many of those treasures will be on display and for sale in the Gallery, including molas, shawls, belts, tapestries and more! It promises to be a rich and colorful display!
