Gloriana Musical Theatre has announced its production of “Cinderella,” the classic musical with music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics and book by Oscar Hammerstein II.

The show will be performed at Eagles Hall Theatre from October 28 to November 13

The story concerns a young woman forced into a life of servitude by her cruel stepmother and self-centered stepsisters, who dreams of a better life. With the help of her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella is transformed into a Princess and finds her Prince. Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella was the most widely viewed program in the history of the medium. Adapted for the stage, with great warmth and more than a touch of hilarity, the hearts of children and adults alike still soar when the slipper fits.

The cast features Maria Ramos as Cinderella; Zachary Lain as Prince Christopher; Cloe Rice as The Fairy Godmother; Sage Andersen as the Stepmother, Lydia Borrasso as Portia and Wing Song Bagguley as Joy.

Edward Martinez as Herald; Crystal Leatherwood as the Queen; Fred Lemin as the King; and Araceli Ramos as Chef and Ashley Statham as Steward.

Evan Statham, Kalin Yanez, Saphia Statham, Olivia Jung, Selena Van Peer, Ivy Buckner, Zoey Wasco, Autumn Baxman, Emily Taylor, Sarah Keaton, Emerson Harris and Lisa Matthews fill out the cast.
