Celebrating its 20th year has the Willits Photography Club displaying their best work to date. Some of these seasoned photographers are getting out of their comfort zones and trying new methods of photography.
Jeff Goll presents us with multiple images working together to form textures and excitement to his Chromira prints. Steve Eberhard gives us a portrait called Black Rose superimposing a picture within a picture. Dorothy Asbury soothes with clouds over Laytonville. Sandy Strong’s still-life’s delight the eyes. There are too many to mention here but for art photography, Mendocino County has a remarkable assortment of photographers.
You won’t want to miss this show. The entire center, Upstairs and downstairs has been given over to the photography show.
The exhibition will run from Oct. 30th through November 22nd The Galleries will be open Fri. Sat. Sun. from 11 am.-5 pm. The Willits Center for the Arts is located at 71 E. Commercial St. Next door to the Noyo Theater.
