Arena Theater's VIRTUAL TALENT SHOW - via Zoom

Presented by Arena Theater at Online/Virtual Space

The show will be presented via Zoom and a link to watch the show will be available at www.arenatheater.org/live-events one hour before the show.

“We are not charging for tickets but we have a donation button on our website and any amount people can give will be greatly appreciated,” said organizer Shauna Boyd. “Please visit our website to support Arena Theater.”

Emceed by Blake More and Kat Gleason, the fundraiser will include many local artists and musicians with the music and song categories featuring Tom Merline with “Danger in the Air,” his new song about the pandemic, a duet by James Gallagher and Margaret Grace, and In The Mix, an acapella all-female sextet with members from Elk, Caspar and Fort Bragg, will intone “Follow the Sun.”

The playlist also includes Tropicali Crew, a local hip hop band with a Latin flavor, the Coastal Singers, and Lavender Cinnamon. Rick Cratty will stage an original composition on button accordion, and Caitlin Agrell will perform on guitar and vocals, accompanied by Ryan on percussion. The poetry section is represented by More, Kadence Beattie and Manchester students. Other acts include 9-year old Dougie Dauenhauer with his stop motion Lego animation short film, “The Fight,” and Lena Bullamore has promised a “ditty” video performance to entertain the virtual audience.

“We’re excited to be offering our first ever virtual talent show,” said Boyd “We have a lot of great local performers signed up and are looking forward to bringing our community together for some home-grown entertainment!”
