My woodworking is focused on carving and furniture design. All pieces are handmade and one of a kind. I have a love for wood: the grain, texture, and appearance. I am attracted to color, and have worked with toy dyes, and paint on wood. I have worked on relief carvings of paintings by artists I admire, including Michelangelo’s paintings, as they read as sculpture. Recently I have worked on album covers of bands from my youth.
