Dominick Piccininni is Edgewater Gallery’s Featured Artist for the month of January, with his show opening on Friday, January 3.

Dominick will do a brief presentation about his art at 6pm. Light refreshments served. Admission is free.
About the Artist:
Dominick Piccininni was born to Italian parents who immigrated to Venezuela. He spent his childhood there, realizing at an early age that his life passions were art and engineering.Dominick and his family relocated to the United States when he was twelve years old, eventually settling in the Bay Area of California. While Dominick’s first love was art, he channeled his innovative talent into his Engineering and Design, producing products that ranged from agricultural and manufacturing, to scientific and medical. Dominick currently resides in Oakdale, California with his wife and son.
Dominick has spent years honing his black and white pieces involving Pointillism, a time consuming, exacting practice that involves many hours of detailed work. Recently, he has included color pieces, incorporating multiple medias, such as watercolor, charcoal, and acrylic. His themes include Fantasy, Landscapes and Portrayals.
