Lavender Grace Goes to Berlin as Cultural Ambassador of Mendocino to Learn From the Bees!

Presented by Honey Hive of Mendocino at Spirit House for Attitudinal Healing

You are invited to be part of a global movement – a gathering of people who care deeply for our pollinators and the critical role they play in the interdependence of our life. An important journey that begins in the coastal forests of Mendocino and spans all the way to the city of Freedom in Berlin, Germany.

Lavender Grace from the Honey Hive of Mendocino has been invited to serve as a cultural ambassador at the second International Learning from the Bees Conference August 28-September 1st, 2019. She will offer her 30 years of expertise and devotion to sacred ecology through voice and drum performance at the closing ceremony. This international bee-centric conference will feature expert scientists, beekeepers, foresters, conservationists, activists, artists, and with your help, Lavender Grace.

Lavender’s work will carry the message of communal belonging, and the immense responsibility humans have as stewards of our planet. As an advocate for sustainable ecology, she will use her voice and deep commitment to source solutions for all communities to thrive.

You can help make this a possibility and contribute to the good of our bees, and our coastal ecology with your support. This event is an oportunity to share in this vision, and contribute your intention to this cause.

The collective global bee community will provide the sustainable stories needed to share with local farmers, the land stewards, the water protectors, the Mendocino County Herbal Guild, Bee City Fort Bragg, the Mendocino Coast Bee Group, the Mendocino County School District and anyone else willing to learn how we can solve our challenges together.

Lavender Grace will offer voice to the pollinators as they work tirelessly to produce nourishment; to our Oceans and rivers as they offer life; to the birds that fly the skies and gain amazing perspective, and the omnipresent mycelium holding it all together beneath our feet.

This trip is being made possible with sponsorship by: Bee Bold Mendocino, Noyo Food Forest, Thanksgiving Coffee, and the MacCallum House Inn. The journey to Germany begins in just three weeks!

With your tax deductible donations she will be able to bring this valuable work and voice of Mendocino to the global stage this August 24th, 2019.
