Creating The Quilted Wall of Change

Creating The Quilted Wall of Change

Presented by Mendocino College Art Gallery at Mendocino College

The Quilted Wall of Change for the Phoenix Project.

Have you ever dreamed of working with Local Quilt Legend Laura Fogg? Join us for this Free Workshop creating an Up-Cycled Quilted Wall to be mounted on the Mendocino College Campus during the upcoming Phoenix Project and a very special opportunity to be a creative part of a large Outdoor Artwork installation. This workshop will be hands on with participants creating quilted panels using sewing and assemblage that will become part of this larger art quilt outdoor installation.

The Phoenix Project is a multi-disciplined event on the Ukiah Campus of Mendocino College in recognition of the devastating fires of 2017 as our community is moving forward in the face of our changing climate and environment.
