Ukiah Community Concerts presents Violin Jazz - Jeremy Cohen

Presented by Ukiah Community Concert Association at Mendocino College Center Theatre

(extra concert not part of our regular season) The group consists of master violinist Jeremy Cohen founder of the group and 1st violin of the GRAMMY nominated ensemble Quartet San Francisco, world renowned performer, session pianist and arranger for the group Larry Dunlap, Jim Kerwin of the David Grisman Quartet on bass, and Dix Bruce on guitar, who beyond being a well-known performer has had over 35 instructional books published by Mel Bay Publications. Electrifying jazz violin performances have earned them nationwide accolades. They have recorded jazz standards of the early 20th century including the music of Eddie South, Joe Venutti, Stephane Grappelli and many more

The Mendocino College Gallery will be open during this event. Wine is served and Cookies and Coffee are available for purchase. Donations always welcome!
