In September Partners Gallery is proud to be showing the latest work of accomplished artist and well loved teacher Mark Eanes.

In 2013 Eanes spent three months traveling throughout France, Croatia, Italy and Spain – shooting over 3,000 photographs of time worn walls, portals and alleyways richly textured with paint, posters, graffiti and scrawls.

The impact of Mark’s journey is evident in his artistic process. Eanes’ mixed media collages and paintings are a product of many layers of charcoal, paint, paper and glue. Beneath the surface one can see traces of a long process that is very physical, even restless, in its nature; drawing, painting, sanding, scraping, scrawling, tearing, building up and tearing down.

Partner’s Gallery is located at 335 N. Franklin Street in Fort Bragg and is gallery is open every day but Tuesday 10-5, except for Sunday 10-4.
