This 1945 comedy-mystery, starring William Powell and Myrna Loy, is the fifth entry in MGM’s series, with Nick and Nora visiting Nick’s boyhood home in small town America. There’s plenty of fast, witty dialogue to enjoy along with some clever Asta, the wire-hair terrier, moments as well.
