The Mendocino Film Festival and Ray Alarcon Insurance Agency present a special President’s Day Weekend screening of the 1976 Oscar Award Winning classic All the President’s Men. The film will screen at the Matheson Performing Arts Center in Mendocino on Saturday, February 16, at 6:00 pm and on Sunday, February 17, at 2:00 pm. The screenings will feature an introduction and post-film discussion with political comedian Will Durst.

All the President’s Men (1976) is the true story of two green reporters and rivals working for the Washington Post, Bob Woodward (Robert Redford) and Carl Bernstein (Dustin Hoffman), researching the botched 1972 burglary of the Democratic Party Headquarters at the Watergate apartment complex. With the help of a mysterious source, code-named Deep Throat (Hal Holbrook), the two reporters make a connection between the burglars and a White House staffer. Despite dire warnings about their safety, the duo follows the money all the way to the top.
