The Ukiah Symphony Presents a Special Fundraising Event: L. Frank Baum’s “The Wizard of Oz” in concert at Nelson Family Vineyards in Ukiah on Saturday, July 21, 2018.
The concert is held outdoors under the stars and oak trees overlooking vineyards and is open to all ages. A full orchestra, plus chorus and cast will be bringing to life the music and lyrics of Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg.
Tickets are on sale now at www.ukiahsymphony.org, Mendocino Book Company in Ukiah and at the door. General tickets are $30 and students with ASB card and those under 18 $5
Seating is on a lawn area (no reservations); bring low back chairs and blankets; no outside alcohol or pets. Bring picnic dinner; desserts, bottled water and Nelson Family Vineyards wine will be sold.
