Tonight at supper-time the Blue Wing features a “conjunto” of musicians led by Javier Salmon (of Yerba Santa Goat Farm fame) playing unique Andean instruments.  Weather permitting, they’ll be performing outside on the Hotel veranda.  Otherwise inside.  No cover, but dinner reservations recommended.
