Exhibit in Three Galleries
Cannabis has a long and colorful history in Mendocino County, and it affects both residents and visitors in diverse ways. It has fueled our economy for years, and has recently become legal. With 20/20 hindsight on half a century of local cannabis cultivation and use, it’s time to discuss the different aspects of how it speaks to all of us.

We are asking artists to visually interpret their own experiences with cannabis. How has it affected you or your environment? We are looking for work in any visual medium, both two and three-dimensional. We welcome and encourage both positive and negative responses.

This will be a juried show, opening at Willits Center for the Arts on May 1st, Art Center Ukiah, June 2nd to July 1st and Gualala Arts on July 14th, 2023.
