Attention, all public artists and organizations! In celebration of the Public Art Archive’s Have You Seen My Public Art? Map’s 10th anniversary, we are kicking off the festivities by inviting artists and organizations to submit their artworks to our Anniversary Map Remix Project!

This project will feature newly submitted public art imagery on a fresh version of our map as an opportunity to increase visibility and highlight a diverse range of public art across the United States and U.S. territories.

This juried opportunity is open to all artists and organizations that are the creators, commissioners, and/or owners of public artworks that have been created within the last ten years (2012-2022). Artworks are considered “public art” if they are in a place accessible or visible to the public without an entrance fee.

A unique visibility opportunity for new works and collection additions, the map will be distributed widely, for free, via digital networks and used in occasional Public Art Archive and WESTAF collateral and/or marketing materials including postcards and posters. All artwork submissions will be juried for inclusion in the map, and all artworks submitted, whether selected or not, will be added to the Public Art Archive repository to increase access to information about public art throughout the world.

Help us make public art more public by submitting your artwork! The deadline to submit an application is 11:59 p.m. MDT on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
