Engaging your core, connecting with others, creating fluidity.
Deepen a harmonious connection to your body and life through play and movement. We will explore the sensate body, focusing on deep core awareness. Yoga asanas, Thai-yoga massage, breathwork and movement help you integrate your physical and energetic connections to gravity, the earth and to each other, so we can live a transformative, evolving and joyous life.
Invitation to Savasana:
In this accessible half-day workshop you will learn a simple, and relaxing Thai-massage mini-routine that is easily modified to fit time constraints, abilities and body styles. It is a wonderful technique for everyday use at home with family and friends. You will learn the importance of movement and breath when working with others to help relieve the stress and tension. It is especially enjoyable for couples to share. No previous massage experience is necessary.
