Mendocino Coast Jazz Society board members Richard Karch and Michael Cox congratulate Fort Bragg High School graduate Morgan Taylor, winner of the $1,500 Mendocino Coast Jazz Society “Hans Bruhner” Scholarship for 2023.

Over the past 35 years the Jazz Society has awarded over 40 scholarships to deserving Mendocino coast students, as well as sponsoring concerts and other Jazz education projects.

The Jazz Society has an ongoing Jazz and Blues book sale in progress, with Jazz and Blues books available for purchase at  “Windsong Books”, “The Bookstore”, and “Epperson Music” in Fort Bragg,and at “Moore’s Books” in Mendocino. 

All sales benefit the Jazz Society’s education fund. The Mendocino Coast Jazz Society accepts tax deductible donations at P.O Box 1386, Mendocino, Ca. 95460.
