Flockworks is a non-profit organization in Fort Bragg, California whose mission is to grow love for art through hands-on programs. We are helping to shape the future, grow happy humans, build community, and create resilience.

Over the years, our collaborative efforts meant creative support for many other community priorities with hands-on arts as well as raising over $50,000 for others.

Flockworks has grown! Expanding to 43 engaged and driven employees, we are able to accomplish more than ever.

Janet Self, our founder and leader of the past 17 years, has stepped down from her role as Executive Director. Ariana Bayer, a passionate and like minded art educator and administrator, who has been on the board for the last two years, has taken her place as Interim Executive Director.
