Wild and Wooly

Art Center Ukiah celebrates the Mendocino Wool and Fiber Mill with an exhibit of multiple  forms of art incorporating wool…..felting, weaving, basket making and quilting created by local artists.

Live demonstrations on October 1st,  needle felting, basket making and weaving.

Free workshops on Saturdays 1pm-  4pm   October 9th Tim Easterbrook, needle felting, October 16th Juanita Joy Riddell, basket weaving, October 23 Ursula Partch, weaving.

Art exhibit in the theme of one of our local resources, wool, with art depicting sheep and wool during October.  Free demonstrations at First Friday celebration and free workshops Oct 9, 1-4 with Tim Easterbrook, felting,: on October 16, 1-4 with Juanita Joy-Riddell, basket making; and on October 23, 1-4 with Ursula Partch, collage with wool.  Sign-up at the gallery.
