Valentine's Dinner to go: Sunday, February 14

Options are listed below, as well as the time for your pick up on Sunday, February 14. Simply fill out our online order form and show up on time and your dinner will be delivered warm to your car.

All orders must be received by 9 am on Friday, February 12. A maximum of 60 reservations will be taken, so get yours in early. $35 per person, sales tax included. Benefit for Caspar Community.

Starters:
Tuscan white bean soup with rosemary croutons
or
Salad of roasted butternut squash, radishes and spiced candied pepitas on a bed of winter greens with a citrus vinaigrette on the side (vegan)

Entree Choices:
Coq au Vin: organic chicken thighs slow cooked in wine served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli finished with home grown dried tomatoes and aged balsamic vinegar (GF)
or
Mushroom Bourguignon: mixed mushrooms cooked in a hearty red wine sauce with pearl onions and carrots, served over creamy cheesy polenta with braised kale (vegetarian, GF)
or
Vegan Delicata Squash: stuffed with quinoa, dried cranberries and pistachios, served with braised kale (vegan, GF)

All meals will be served with freshly baked sourdough bread made with freshly ground Mendocino Grain Project wheat and butter
