Entree Choices:
Coq au Vin: organic chicken thighs slow cooked in wine served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli finished with home grown dried tomatoes and aged balsamic vinegar (GF)
or
Mushroom Bourguignon: mixed mushrooms cooked in a hearty red wine sauce with pearl onions and carrots, served over creamy cheesy polenta with braised kale (vegetarian, GF)

Vegan Delicata Squash: stuffed with quinoa, dried cranberries and pistachios, served with braised kale (vegan, GF)
All meals will be served with freshly baked sourdough bread made with freshly ground Mendocino Grain Project wheat and butter
