Six Sigma Ranch Dinner at the Tallman Hotel

This special dinner will take place in the lovely Hotel dining room. Blue Wing Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a UNIQUE MENU to highlight the fine wines and farm products from the 4300-acre SIX SIGMA RANCH in Lower Lake.

The Six Sigma Ranch has a colorful history and owners Kaj and Else Ahlmann will be here to talk about that history as well as the food and wine pairings. They’ll also update us on the extensive “glamping” facility to open on the ranch this summer – the biggest tourist development in Lake County in years!

Reservations at $125 per person plus tax ($115 for Six Sigma wine club members) can be made by calling the Hotel at 707-275-2244 ext. 0. The Hotel is offering two dinner tickets plus a standard room for the evening for $350 ($400 for an ofuro soaking tub room).
