Sally Cataldo and Francine Hurd

Sally Cataldo’s loose and juicy watercolors capture a lively serenity many of us long for. She is continually stretching herself, experimenting and growing, in still lifes, cityscapes and abstracts. Her lifelong practice of painting began with her artistic parents, musician dad and pastel artist Francine Hurd. Francine’s pastels landscapes capture a deep serene sense of place. So it is entirely approriate that we celebrate the two in our annual showing of their work.
