"Refuge" Wasp nest on mixed media, twigs and dried pod leaves by Carolyn King
The October exhibit at Partners Gallery is “Ode to Fragile Beauty” by Carolyn King, opening October 6.
In this exhibit, King incorporates traditional, ancient, and invented craft techniques to explore concepts about transitory moments in nature, and the environment. Using her talent with mixed media and natural materials the exhibit includes sculptures, mobiles and dimensional wall pieces.
There is a Second Saturday Meet the Artist October from 5-7pm.
