Living Art Auction

Featured actors include Kate Magruder, Paula Samonte, Ellen Weed, Randy Moore and Ron Cole, who represent UPT’s early years. Susan Husted-Stuart will perform a monologue from 1978- the earliest piece of the evening, which was originally performed prior to the construction of the building. Mike Gutierrez, Amanda Baguley, Charlie Selzer and Erika Brewer will perform roles from more recent performances. The theatre’s  hallway will display a photo and newspaper retrospective of the building, and videos of UPT’s dinner theaters will be available to view.

Facilitated by Auctioneer Tom Allman, with bidding paddles in hand, patrons bid on a piece of art… which then comes to life!

A one-of-a-kind performance and a chance to sponsor upgrades for the Playhouse.
In honor of the building’s 40th birthday, performers throughout the ages will be returning to the stage in a retrospective.

$10 to reserve your paddle & chair or $15 at the door.
Admission is free so invite others to come. They just need to bring a lawn chair.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event.    Stage “Right:” Living Art Auction helps UPT complete significant renovations.

Auction tickets are available at the event an online $10, which includes a paddle and chair. The show is free for anyone who wants to bring a lawn chair and sit on the periphery. There will be Taco Truck in the parking lot and tables and chairs to enjoy dinner, and because it’s a birthday party, cupcakes, ice cream and cold beverages are being donated by Black Oak Coffee Roasters. Wine, beer, soft drinks and seasonal Blackberry Cobbler Stout Floats are being donated by O’Meara Brothers Restaurant and Brewery in Lakeport.
