An all-day party to celebrate books and reading, and support a local independent bookstore.
Saturday April 28, 2018! The fifth annual Independent Bookstore Day will be a celebration of books, authors and readers happening in over 400 bookstores around the country, including Mendocino Book Co in Ukiah, on the last Saturday in April. This event began in 2014 as California Bookstore Day and has grown into an annual party-in-a-bookstore across the country. Join us for the fun again this year, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm!
