Generational Perspectives: Through the Eyes of Mother and Daughter

A new exhibit opens at the Dolphin Gallery in January. “Generational Perspectives: Through the Eyes of Mother and Daughter” features the art of Shayla Workman and Amethyst Widner.

A mother and her 2 1/2 year old daughter paint objects and themes to show how we can view the same world from completely different perspectives–and celebrating the beauty in those differences.

The exhibit continues through February 6, 2022 at the Dolphin Gallery. The gallery is at 39114 Ocean Drive, in Cypress Village, Gualala’s uptown gallery district. Information is at 707.884.3896. Admission is Free.

Amethyst Widner has been happily painting, somewhat abstractly, for about a year now.
