“I draw inspiration for my artwork from the interaction between the natural and human environments, expressing my concerns in narrative, thought-provoking works. I have spent time living in both diverse metropolitan areas and rural, remote areas, both of whose atmospheres have profoundly affected my perspective on the world and our place in it.
