Elizabeth Gorek U N D E R C U R R E N T

We are sooo excited to welcome @elizabethgorekpaintings back to #lansingstreetgallery for the months of June and July 2023! If you were lucky enough to catch her “Scattered Moments” exhibit in person last year, you are going to love U N D E R C U R R E N T.

The show features a group of Gorek’s women submerged underwater. They are accompanied by a variety of Gorek’s abstracts and a few #fanfave #vintage #bathers . As Gorek points out, “The abstracts have layers and layers of paint and the bathers have emotional undercurrents. So, they all deal with sub text and hidden content.”  We hope you will come visit the gallery in person to excavate the unspoken.
