A northern California native, some years after earning a BFA from Chico State University he and his wife settled on the Mendocino coast where he has been a member of the Artists Co-op now for over 25 years. His intimate knowledge of the moods, light, and dynamics of the coast are evident in detailed scenes that freeze for a magical moment the beauty of the sea.
