Celtic masters of tradition Ryan McKasson and Eric McDonald will perform at Willits Community Theatre on Sunday, May 7 at 2pm.
In 1996 McKasson was the youngest ever to win the U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Championship. McDonald is a premier session guitar player and accompanist. Their individual artistry on fiddle and guitar is enhanced when the two play together and they explore the farthest boundaries of traditional Scottish ballads and jigs. Their May 7 show is part of a tour to celebrate the release of their latest CD, “Harbour”.
