OPPORTUNITY – Walmart Community Mural Program
NOW Art is working with Walmart on a community mural program as part of their store remodels.
For this public art initiative, we are building a national artist directory where artists will be contacted for relevant mural projects. We want to find California-based artists to make culturally relevant murals to foster a sense of belonging for each store's visitors, customers, and associates.
This opportunity will be done remotely so the ability to work digitally or translate traditional media into a high resolution is a must. Artists will not have to work on-site and can be paid up to $800 for completed commission work.
We are looking for local or regional artists who can create murals for the various store locations in California. We strongly encourage artists from all backgrounds and levels of experience to contact us.
