9 am – 4pm
Alex Thomas Plaza – downtown Ukiah
(South State St, between Clay & Church)
Thanks to a generous opportunity to partner with our local Farmers Market, we are able to use this wonderful location. Just as the weather warms up and the first tomatoes ripen, more and more people will be attracted to the adjacent market. Shoppers will love a chance to linger and enjoy some local arts and crafts as well!
As a respected and talented member of the art community, we hope you would like to participate. If not, perhaps you know of someone else who would welcome this chance to show their work. The cost for an 11’ x 11’ space is only $50, a modest fee for an all-day, annual event in a prime location.
This year, the Faire is from 9am-4-pm so we can take advantage of the early shoppers at the market. Set-up starts at 7 am and must be completed by 8:30 am. All spaces are on grass with a paved walkway in front that leads to the street. You will need to supply your own display equipment. Vendors may book multiple spaces (limit 3 contiguous) or can share spaces with another artist. In the event of rain, the Faire will be rescheduled for June 17
Only approved items, paintings and reproductions by the displaying artist can be sold. First time vendors will need to submit photos of their work. Returning vendors are pre-approved.
Please complete and return this registration form with your fee by no later than May 10, 2017.
Spaces are assigned on a first-come basis
If your application is declined, the fee will be returned. Refunds will also be made on a case-by-case basis.
For additional information, please call Jim Colling, 707-463-0610, or send him an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hope to see you there!
