INTUITIVE DRUM SONG
New Spring Session 2020

The Basic Training is held on Thursdays 5 pm-6 pm

The course runs for 8 weeks from March 12 – April 30, 2020.

The cost is $150 for presale / $180 After March 12th.
There are Scholarships available.

We will learn the history of the Frame Drum from the Ancient World, and how it can be used as a healing modality in our modern times

We will practice:
Frame Drum Rhythms, Art of Listening, Tone, and Chant

Intensive Field Training
~New this year ~

We will practice sonic collaboration with Plant Devas, Elementals & Nature Spirits in the field
(Basic Training is a prerequisite, any past IDS students are eligible for the Intensives)
This is a pilot project to develop sonic communication within our local ecology to gain a deeper understanding of our sound health. The intention is to give gratitude and gain guidance on how to live in harmony with our natural world through sound.
Here are the times for our meetings.
Date & Time:
March 21st – 9:00 am -12 pm – Big River Beach – East River Side, Mendocino

April 18th – 9:00 am -12 pm – Russian Gulch -Road 409 Trail Head, East Caspar

May 2nd- 9:00 am -12 pm – Mackerricher Beach – 10 Mile Dunes, North Cleone

You will need: your drum, to dress in layers, water, and a snack.
